All our dishes are made using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. In addition, we’ll spoil you with a wide range of homemade delights such as jams, apple juice and herbs from our own garden. In the summer, delicious grill specialties and themed buffets such as a Greek evening await you on mild evenings. Naturally, we can also offer you an extensive choice of sumptuous à la carte meals which leave no wish unfulfilled.

We are committed to the principle of regionality; it goes without saying that we source our ingredients directly from the region, so we dispense with unnecessary transport routes and do not place a burden on resources. This makes us a culinary ambassador in the region, a role we take seriously and which underpins everything we do!

No occasion is too large or too small for us to welcome you and your guests to our hotel. Whether it’s a family celebration or a company do, a christening or a first communion, a wedding or a birthday – simply tell us what you need and we’ll do the rest to ensure you enjoy a memorable event. We’ll prepare a special holiday menu or buffet for you and will of course take care of all the other details, from the table decoration right down to the flower arrangement. A separate room is also available for your special day, depending on the number of your guests and the time of year.

Celebrate your child’s birthday at the Ballonhotel and enjoy using our child-friendly facilities such as the fantastic games room with its ball pool, the big adventure playground, bouncy castle, the children’s vehicles and the petting zoo. Childcare is also available on request. Our qualified nursery school teacher will be pleased to arrange a special programme for your children. What’s more, we’ll gladly organise a free birthday cake and a free children’s meal for the birthday child.
