All prices quoted are per person per day incl. Ballonhotel inclusive services, exclusive of tourist tax: EUR 1.75 from the age of 15.

The Half-Board arrangement starts with dinner and ends with breakfast.

Child rates apply in the parents’ room (2 adults) and in the apartment. Children staying in their own room receive a 20% discount off the adult rate.

A deposit of €80.00 per person is required to make a binding booking.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with an EC card. No credit Cards.

Rooms can be occupied as of 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, a late check-out is possible until no later than 4 pm and shall incur an extra charge of €18.00 per person. Children up to 12 years of age pay €10.00 (excluding babies).

In the event of cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed day of arrival, you shall be reimbursed with your deposit, less a processing fee of € 60.00. In the event of cancellation thereafter, up to one month before the agreed day of arrival, a cancellation fee amounting to 3 days of the agreed daily room rate shall be charged. In the event of cancellations made later than 1 month before the holiday, we are obliged to charge you 80% of your booked stay. The same also applies in the case of late arrivals or early departures.

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with our insurer (Europäische Reiseversicherung) when booking your holiday.

Minimum stay over New Year’s Eve: 3 nights. Surcharge on New Year’s Eve for stays of less than 6 nights: € 8.00 per person per night. New Year’s Eve (evening): € 30.00 surcharge per adult.
