As much as we love reaching lofty heights in our balloons, on the ground we prefer to remain down to earth and firmly tied to our region. As an “eco-region pleasure host” we serve up fresh produce sourced from the local area, all à la carte! Every year we seduce our guests with speciality weeks in our restaurant.
